Which young TE would you prefer?

Otton flashed a bit with Brady but now has no QB

Washington had his stock soaring pre-draft, but then his injury history and being behind Freiermuth knocked him down

I prefer Washington as a prospect but he landed in a tough spot depth chart wise. Otton has the opportunity. Outside of injury, seems like Washington will have to wait years and move on to get a serious look.

I really like Washington but I don't think hes going to be fantasy relevant. I also think Otton is average at best though... I could see shooting for the moon with Washington but I think he's most likely a blocker who will catch a few passes here and there. Those passes will be fun to watch though.

Boom/Bust: Washington
Safe TE2: Otton

Imo go with Washington. A few splash plays and someone may buy high. I can't see Otton ever having much value

This is my take. When in doubt, shoot for the moon at TE. There are too many safe options so you might as well be aggressive.
