Value Add Selling Lamar for TLaw

I have an orphan team I took over that has some serious depth issues, I've had one owner in the league show interest in Lamar and also Jerome Ford (has made multiple offers to me for Ford)

I am thinking I offer him Lamar and Ford for Lawrence +, but not sure what else I can get on top

Here are some of the assets they have
-Both teams have all 2024 draft picks available
-Players Available that I'm curious about:
Hooker, Purdy, Trask, Metchie, Toney

Would a Lamar + Ford + 2nd for TLaw + 1st be nuts?

I think regardless of the format, a 1st on too of Lawrence is highly unlikely. If you can keep out your 2nd and add Metchie, I think its solid. I like Jackson a lot still but sky high on Lawrence and expect another fantasy jump.

I actually prefer Lawrence over Lamar, so if you can get that deal done it’s a slam dunk.

I agree it would be nuts for the TLaw owner to give up a 1st in this trade.

IMO, this is a preference trade, and those shouldn't require a 1st to get through. He could maybe be talked into Lamar+Ford for TLaw+2nd, which wouldn't be a nuts trade.

Tlaw mostly going ahead of Lamar in startups I’ve seen, I’d be very surprised if this got done.

I'm completely guessing: if the other owner is showing interest in Lamar from your rebuilding team, they probably want to pair Jackson with Lawrence. Just a strong hunch.

That being said, in a rebuild, I would be VERY open to cashing out on Lamar. He isn't at peak, peak value, but he's still pretty damn close to it -- and he has a loooooong way to fall and relatively easy path (just one more injury) toward falling fast and hard. I'd eagerly pursue cashing out with the interested owner but wouldn't presume that Lawrence is coming back to you. If I'm wrong, then, as others said, I'd 100% prefer Lawrence to Jackson (and would pay if needed), so anything you can get on top of Lawrence is a huge win.

ya i also doubt very highly they have any interest in swapping you tlaw for lamar
