Based on the picks you have, this should not be that difficult to land him if you really want him. A combo of the 1.02/1.03/1.04 should give you options. I also don't think it's needed to move up though unless the price is right.

I don't think there is any chance your initial offer gers it done. With having early 1sts, you can almost guarantee the 1.02 or 1.03 will have to be involved in a package. In a full rebuild and the quote of it being pricey, I think you just hold unless you can somehow pull off the 1.04 + later picks and still come out with the top three prospects.

I'd try him on at 1.04 and 1.05. that might not be enough. Might need to go 1.03/1.05.
