Trevor Lawrence vs 49ers QB's Trade

Context: 10 Team SFlex. My roster is not very good but I have a ton of picks the next 2 years. I acquired Trey Lance today for Dotson and pick 16. I also have Purdy/Darnold already.

Received the following offer from a 49ers fan:

Receive: Trevor Lawrence
Give: Trey Lance, Brock Purdy, Pick 1.04, 2024 1st (his)

This would leave me with picks 1, 6, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, 28, and two 24 1sts and 5 2nds.

My roster:
QB - Mac Jones, Desmond Ridder, Trey Lance, Brock Purdy, Sam Darnold, Gardner Minshew
RB - Rachaad White, Antonio Gibson, Jaylen Samuels, Isaiah Spiller
WR - Drake London, Jerry Jeudy, Rashad Bateman, Kadarius Toney, Isaiah Hodgins, Romeo Doubs
TE - Evan Engram, Greg Dulcich, Juwan Johnson

I think I'd rather stand pat on my picks for now, as even with Lawrence this roster is far from a contender. I'm also not really a fan of Lance but I do think he'll be traded and start somewhere else (i.e. Titans).

I am a massive Lawrence fan, but this does seem a bit pricey given the 10 team format. It does take all the gamble out of the 49ers situation...I would see about holding out the future pick though.

Appreciate the responses. I might engage him and see if I can save pick 4 and maybe offer something else. I would like to keep picks 4/6 to add more QB's or maybe JSN.

I would pay that for Lawrence. He looks like a stud. I’m in a start 2 qb 10 team league and it’s rare for a stud qb to get traded. The prices are outrageous. Even in a 10 team it’s still hard to get good qbs because half the teams have a good 3rd qb.

This is EASILY Lawrence (plus two roster spots) for me. You have enough picks that you can afford a consolidation trade, so losing the likely-late 2024 1st isn't huge. And Lawrence is worth far more than 1.04 and a late 2024 1st. The three SF QBs as a bundle don't really move the needle for me that much when Lawrence is coming back.

I think the added roster spots is being overlooked. You are carrying 3 QB's that likely will never be a safe starting option. Give me TL and the roster flexibility it provides. With all those picks you expect all 3 QB's to last on your roster? Do it.
