Kelce for…

For a team not in sig, would the 1.12, 2.12, and my 2025 1st be too much for Kelce? I think if I add Travis, that 2025 pick will be late. I’m decent everywhere else in a 1QB, 2RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex PPR:
QB Mahomes, Lawrence
RB Dobbins, Hall, Pierce, R. White, Herbert (with depth)
WR Lamb, Higgins, Pittman, D. Johnson (with depth)
TE Dulcich, Okonkwo, +

And I’d still have the 2.03 this year and all my 2024 picks. I believe I know the answer already, but thought I’d ask anyway.

If you are trying to contend in the next year +, this is pretty light for Kelce. He is going to fall off some day, but we have seen zero sign of that so far.

Is this TE premium? If it is I would likley pay that if I was confident I would be a playoff/ship team. If it is not, 2 1sts and a 2nd is too much for me even for Kelce in a start 1 standard TE league, even if they are late. I would look to acquire cheaper production. If you are looking at playoffs come end of season, I may consider attempting to renegotiate.

I feel like I have a better than average chance with a Kelce and Mahomes stack. I was getting decent production from my WRs, but Hall got hurt and Dobbins wasn’t fully healed. And I was getting single digits from my TE spot most weeks.
