The value seems okay and while I prefer holding the RB here, your build needs work so the pick holds nice value for you. Harris is a gamble despite a solid year, so may be a good time to get out based on a long term look. Have you shopped Harris to maximize offers?

I view this as a mid 2nd and late 2nd for Harris which is probably about as good as you will do. I’d be inclined to take it.

Kirk has a great chance to increase in value this season while Harris, due to the competition on his own team, does not. I'd take the deal.

I like Kirk here as well. Money talks and Jax spent a ton on him. He is the man in Jax and if Lawrence gets over his Urban hangover and balls out, which there is a good chance of happening, Kirk moves way up the ADP board. I like Harris, but he has hit his ceiling.
