New Contract/Salary Cap League - need dedicated owners

Hey folks - inaugural contract/salary cap league. You'll have a hyper-dedicated commish. I need dedicated owners to make this work. $100 entry that will scale up to $200. League will be run on League Tycoon. 2022 auction draft in late August. Rookie draft starts in 2023 (along with annual auction).
