Yep, Deablo started at LB towards the end of last season, practiced with linebackers. Makes sense to me.

LAC is officially switching to 3-4 after starting to implement it last year, which was a murky transitional phase. Lots of teams are changing base alignments this offseason. Mostly due to staff changes. Rumor mill also has the Seahawks and Eagles making the change to 3-4. Be interesting to see how it shakes out through training camp.

So, anyone jump out as a good pickup? Particularly anyone going to DE?

Quinn & Von Miller are the obvious big names, but yeah no sleepers that I see there.

Another big name, Cam Heyward to DT would be beautiful if it sticks.

Chase Winovich or Samson Ebukam don't qualify, to you? Sleeper is an open term, but they're on waivers in the majority of leagues, right?

I totally missed Winovich on this list! Yes, I love him as a free/cheap sleeper to take that edge spot across from Garrett

Ebukam, not so much. He's had oppurtunities in the league, and while he's had flash moments - I wouldn't bother stashing him unless I'm in the DEEPEST of leagues (20 or 32T balanced IDP scoring, etc)

What about Boye Mafe? He is currently listed as DE, but is listed on Ourlads as a SLB backing up Uchenna Nwosu who is listed as a LB on MFL.

I only lost Reddick but I traded Queen for him in the offseason, which really kind of sucks. What sucks more is all the players that are more DL (since we don't have Edge) but are still listed as LB. In my best IDP scoring league, almost forced to play true LBs if possible to get the tackles but giving up the big play scoring sacks that Edge can offer. (My "old man yells at clouds" moment is over, thank you for listening)

In the 4th round of a rookie draft, and noticed the same thing. Want to add a d-lineman because of my veteran starters who are now linebackers, but afraid to add Mafe in case they change him to linebacker before the season.

We just decided in two of my leagues to switch to true position next year. Enough of this!
