Amon-Ra St. Brown

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Amon-Ra St. Brown

Postby Okie-Wisco Commi$h » Sun Dec 26, 2021 10:08 pm

Hey y’all! Hope you’re finishing the ffb season strong. Wanted to get a group consensus on ARSB. Has looked really good here towards the end of the season as the safety valve but I’m concerned next year when swift and hock come back that he goes back to 3rd or 4th option in a bad offense. Is he a hold or a sell high this off-season. And if he’s a sell who would you target? This is for my Fleaflicker team in my signature. Thanks!

I would hold. He could see some regression but either way, he looks like a two top pass catching option even once Hockenson is back. Solid hold and stash for the 2022 season.

I tend to agree, but it is also easy to see Detroit drafting a WR in the first with the Rams pick. That would put St. Brown 4th in the pecking order, but I still think he is a decent to good flex option.

But if somebody wanted to overpay I could trade him away easily. A late first and he is gone, but not for a second rounder in this draft. I don't think you find much better than him in the second round of this years draft.

x2 probably a sell for me but depends on the return. I'd sell for any 1st, would probably sell for 2 2nds if at least one was early

I'd be leaning towards selling him. I expect the Lions to use a first or second round draft pick on a WR as well as sign a free agent or two. I don't know what offers you'll get, probably low ball, so don't sell for too little.

The kid has shown some talent, but competition will be brought in.

Tyler Boyd II? He's a good WR3/4 for next year.

Holding St Brown unless an overpay is happening. Kid can has a wide route tree, has sure hands, and has shown he can run the ball. He may never be a WR1 but IMO his floor is WR3. People tend to forget this kid was the #1 WR recruit coming out of high school.
