Trying to acquire Austin Ekeler!

I’m pushing for a championship, I’m 3-1 and currently have CMC and Nick Chubb on IR. But I should get CMC back in the next few weeks and ride him. The trade offer is below, my roster is below that.

I think this trade helps you more in a title push this year, but I worry about Ekeler a bit long term.

I wouldn’t do this. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gibson is outproducing Ekeler by the end of the year & I think Gibson has more long term upside going forward. I could be wrong, but I’d be patient

I do think you need a move to push the championship but I don't see that move being it. I think you either aim higher assuming you will start whoever you acquire all year or lower and get by hoping CMC is back sooner rather than later. Worst thing that happens is you do this trade and it isn't enough to stay competing and Gibson turns into CMC JR on another team.

Dont like it for you, Ekeler is not the answer and may not be better than Gibson by year end.

I'm a believer in Ekeler, so I think he is an upgrade for you. That price isn't horrible, but maybe get a 2nd coming back instead of a 3rd.

Stick with Gibson and the 1st. You keep the youth and Ekeler is out for a few weeks now anyway.
