Another Cut Question

Roster below and need to cut at least 1 of these players to get to max limit. Who should I cut

Demarcus Robinson, Theo Riddick, Kyle Rudolph, Taysom Hill. I added Taysom as he remains QB only in my league and not sure what his value actually is in fantasy when stuck as a QB.

12 Team SF PPR w/ TE 1.5, 24 player roster: 1-2 QB, 2-3 RB, 3-4 WR, 1-2 TE (8 total)
QB: Burrow, Cousins, Lance, Fitzpatrick, T. Taylor, Haskins
RB: A. Gibson, D. Harris, Carter, Mark Ingram, Kerryon, A. McFarland, Dallas
WR: DJ Moore, Chase, E. Moore, Gallup, TY, E. Sanders, Slayton, Reagor, Edwards, G. Davis
TE: Goedert, Gesicki

To me it comes down to Theo and Rudolph where I slightly lean cut Rudolph. I dont think he will ever see your starting lineup unless there are several injuries.
