Personally looking at your roster I would hold MT here for all those options. All the offers mainly involve rookies and with Covid this year that would scare me as a contender. If a young WR that can still help u as a contender was added to CEH maybe consider that?

MT over every scenario you described. If you are trading the number 1 dynasty WR with 3-5 great years left you need to get back at least 1 already established stud plus the picks.

You need something added to every scenario. Like mentioned above, I would consider 1.1 and something for him, but that something still needs to be a bigger piece. 1.1/1.2 would get me thinking.

Brees retiring doesn't scare me after seeing him perform with Bridgewater, especially if Winston (who has proven he can support fantasy WRs just fine) is the successor--as long as Sean Payton is still there.
Now if Taysom Hill is actually the starter, that might scare me a little.
But I think that is an unlikely enough possibility that I go MT over all for a contender.
If a rebuilding team the last one with 4 firsts is closest but I still need a little extra
