Value of Stidham, Tyrod Taylor, Gardner Minshew?

Hey guys in a 16 team 2 QB league what is the value of the following players? The league is also IDP and TE premium. Are there any players or picks that you’d value these guys at?
Gardner Minshew
Tyrod Taylor
Jarrett Stidham
Ryan Tannehill

Appreciate the feedback. I’m trying to shop Tyrod+3rd to see if it’ll net me a 1st in 2021. Feel like I’ll have to include a 2nd based on responses.
