Lamar Jackson’s value?

What do you guys think Lamar Jackson’s value is right now? Coming off 2 back to back 30+ point fantasy games against pretty crappy teams, I’m thinking it might be time to trade him away after this week with another golden matchup ahead in KC. I already have Mahomes and 2 other solid backups in Dak and Josh Allen so I really have no need for Jackson at all. Essentially just hoarding him at this point until I get a good offer.

I'm glad someone else brought this up. I have an owner throwing the house at me for Jackson and I'm really struggling to take it since I'm a huge Jackson fan but I know I should make the deal. I don't think you need him with your build at all. I'm thinking you could possibly get a 1st for him or a solid young asset due to Jackson massive upside. As I mentioned, I'm struggling to not overvalue him though.

He’s only played the fins and the cards, so who knows. If you don’t need him sell him for something like 1st or fill a gap.

I think it is near impossible to trade him right now. 1QB certainly makes it easier, but given the two games he just put up most owners will want too much.

It is a good time to sell if you don't need him, but a bad time to buy, same goes for Mark Andrews...

You shouldn't need him with your squad. I'd try for an upgrade at WR or TE, but if not then at least a 1st round pick +

Given is a 1QB, 10 team league, your best bet is to approach the Rothlisberger, Brees, and Luck owners and see if you can get an upgrade at TE, or take whatever draft pick offered is highest. Try to hold out for a 2nd if you can.

Yeah, not sure what his value would be in a 10 team 1QB league. I think if you can get a 1st or something of that value, you should sell.

Thanks for the input guys. I was initially thinking he should be worth at least one 1st rounder now so good to get that confirmation. Highly considering trading him for OJ Howard as that owner also has Ben and is now starting Jameis. Think I could get more than just Howard from him after his slow start?

Yeah, I wouldn't be rostering 4 QB in a 10 team 1 QB league.
Strike now to the Ben/Brees owner or the Luck owner if he's still figuring things out.

Yeah your fine at QB, I would sell Jackson and try to upgrade at TE. Go test the waters with the Brees, Ben and Cam owners. It also depends on your league. QBs can be pretty hard to move for good value in one QB leagues, especially in 10 team leagues.

Just updating here for anyone curious, I’m in talks with a Devonta Freeman owner right now as I lost Saquon and could use another RB (also have Ito Smith as a handcuff). I’m looking to trade him Jackson and a late 2nd for Freeman and a late 3rd. I might be overpaying a little because I need another RB now but I’m not super sold on Jackson still given how easy his schedule has been and I really have no need for him already having Mahomes and Dak.
