Herbert has both the higher ceiling and lower floor. Unfortunately, there are a great many QBs that could go early this year and it’ll force one or two of them to fall to backup spots, even if only temporarily.
Gun to my head, I’m taking Herbert. Any team relying on Rosen this year is probably screwed anyway.
