Mahomes Trade

Thinking about making this offer to another owner in our league:
I give Mahomes and MT
I get Luck and Nuk.

Seems pretty fair to me. Thoughts?

Stay put. It’s close to an even swap but Mahomes is a few years younger which gives that side more value imo. I do consider Nuk > MT but not by enough to part ways with Mahomes.

I disagree, Nuk value is way greater then MT, he has been great with different QB's, MT has only had Brees. Brees looked scary bad toward the end of the year and is, what, 39? Mahomes will regress some, I don't think too much, Reid is a genius. I think Luck has a good 5-7 year run in him, by then, roster completely different. I hate to trade Mahomes, but if I can get Luck and Nuk, I think I will have a stronger team. It helps that Grigson is out of Indy. I can never say it enough, Ryan Grigson was the worst GM in the NFL when he was in Indy.

1QB go with Hopkins all day. I think Mahomes is much better than Luck, but in a 1QB I'd take the upgrade at WR

Hopkins, but it's just a preference call. You might need to add something if you're initiating here.

Hopkins is my WR1, but I think people are discounting Mahomes in a 1QB league too much. As much as I like Hopkins, the gap between him and MT isn't huge. Luck is also great, but not nearly as good as Mahomes and is 6 years younger. That's enough to close the gap for me.

Thanks for all the feedback, I just need to get Nuk owner to pay his 2019 fees to make the offer. After that, offer made. Hate to part with Mahomes, got him in 13th in last years draft, bragging rights forever, right, but I want Nuk, I feel he is way better than MT, and Luck and Mahomes will be the Rodgers and Brady of the next 7 years.
