Theo Riddick and Rex Burkhead helped me win a Championship in 2017, so they'll always have a special place in my heart.

My all-time favorite was Anquan after his first NFL game. Monster game. Lucky for me my team performed very poorly week 1.

CJ Anderson was a big one for me early in his Denver days, was able to move him as the main piece towards Evans to a contender (he won that year with his help)
Ertz was cut at our in person rookie draft 3 years ago (I was out of the country at the time) and I grabbed him Week 1 from waivers.
More recently Tyreek Hill during his rookie year comes to mind

In roughly reverse chronological order:
Herndon
Collins and Burton (meh, shoulda sold high)
Ekeler
Kittle
Tyrell
Marquis Lee
Martavis Bryant
Tyreek
Landry (forget the circumstances of why he got dropped post draft but I got him on waivers week 1 or 2 in 2014)
Michael Floyd
John Brown

This is all in a 16 team league where guys get snapped up immediately following any sign of life so all these guys I was at least a week ahead of the curve with. All went from zero to pretty significant value quickly.

I wouldn't call it my best waiver move but it certainly was for 2016. I was in the championship matchup and picked up/started Kaepernick, and Charles Clay based on their matchups. Kap and Clay went off, allowing me to win the ship! I'll never forget it. Bold moves can pay off.. sometimes.

Me too ... same situation (w/Gurley). I picked up Williams off waivers in 3 leagues. While I’m not necessarily expecting him to either keep the starting job or perform like he did down the stretch, if he does ... oh wow.
