Is Gronk worth 2.11 + Spencer Ware in a start 2TE format considering he may retire?

Even 2 TE I’d probably try to move Gronk for whatever I can, getting a 2nd (even late) isnt bad at this point imo

I'd hold Gronk. You're selling at his floor ignoring the possible upside -- which I think is that much higher than nothing at all were he to retire that it would be worth the risk to hold.
