Dallas Goedert. Although it's nobody's fault. Ertz deserves to be ahead of him on the depth-chart, and no NFL offense has produced two fantasy TE1s since the Pats did it for one season eight years ago.
John Brown. Although last year was the first time it wasn't his own fault (health).
Duke Johnson. It's been Cleveland's fault up till last season, but now they have a legitimate excuse not to use him more.
Tyler Lockett. Seattle probably isn't going to throw enough. Probably.
Alshon Jeffery. Wentz and the Philly offense in general adores targeting TEs and other options between the hashmarks at the expense of outside-WRs. Jeffery is still in his physical prime and could return to being a top-10 WR based on ability, but it probably won't happen.
David Johnson. Although maybe that'll change with the new staff?
