Re: The gazelle
He's got the physical tools. I had him stashed in 100% of my 12+ team leagues in year 1, and his year 2 helped me out a ton. But I'm still seeing him more overrated than underrated. He could turn into a Marvin Jones type in free agency. I think Jones was a LOT more polished though.
It's not quite accurate to say Williams missed opportunity due to drops, he missed it for a litany of mistakes, mostly incorrectly run routes. I've never seen Rivers so frustrated with a receiver as he gets with Tyrell, even least season.

Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Re: The gazelle
Issue is he wants #1 WR money but he's not even in the top 3 FA WRs this year with a very strong WR draft. This will greatly hurt his potential landing spots.
I still would want to buy him on the chance its good if he's relatively cheap but IMO there's a good chance he goes somewhere that can't entice one of the top guys

Re: The gazelle
The frustrated rivers is something that is missed in cut ups and analytics. Sometimes I feel like I should get the nfl pass so I can watch entire games and have more context. Who has time for that though?ColdZealDonkeyStrike wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 7:53 am He's got the physical tools. Re: The gazelle
What caused him to get that nickname - does anyone know?
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
Re: The gazelle
I'd pay a late 2nd for that gazelle
Re: The gazelle
If a team pays him WR1 money they will regret it.
In regards to fantasy; laundry list of dart throws I would rather take.

Re: The gazelle
I doubt he gets WR1 money or status on a new team due to prior production and perception. That being said, I really like him on the right team and am happy I have held onto him. As a WR2 on a team that doesn't force feed to the WR1 and RBs like Rivers does, he could put u solid numbers with potential for more. Consistency should be better as well on a team that will target the WR2 more.

I'm guessing because he's fast like a gazelle? Long legs too?

Re: The gazelle
I could see him putting together another one of those “one year wonder” type of years in the right situation. That said, he does seemed to be dinged up often and being dinged up is not good for a speedster..

It’s because his eyes are far apart.DynastyDabbler wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 5:14 pmI'm guessing because he's fast like a gazelle? Long legs too?

I always preferred "bat out of hell" Tyrell.

Yep, that must be it. His eyes are far apart. Too funny.

Re: The gazelle
This had me laughing. That'd be a really cruel nickname if that was the case.
I thought he was just a big fan of the exercise equipment Tony Little was pushing on tv a few years back.

Re: The gazelle
Rich from dynastynerds just paid a late 2nd, so I assume like pick 22-24 for the Gazelle. His stock is steadily albeit slowly rising. All comes down to landing spot. If he somehow by the hand of god gets dropped in Pittsburgh, Indy or Cleveland, I imagine he starts to tickle 1st round value. If he ends up in Buffalo he’s dead. 3rd week of March we should have an idea.
