No doubt. He's a very talented player.Bot101 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 8:47 pmHis route/TD vs Slay Jr and his sideline catch vs Lattimore were absolutely insane. Its such a shame that Cam had that injury right when the offense was peaking.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 8:43 pmYes. I think they began to get him more involved as the year went along. Funchess became an afterthought. I think next year he pushes 1000. Let's not forget he had almost 200 yards on the ground his rookie year, too.

Since it’s the offseason, maybe we could do a Reel Talk thread every couple of days with highlights of different up-and-comers. Make it a “Reel Talk” series of sorts.Dynasty DeLorean wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 8:41 pm It would have been cool if you titled it "Reel Talk" and then posted a bunch of highlight clips

I have a feeling if you wait post breakout his price will be ridiculous. What would be the proper price for him?

Absolutely love his talent ... but I'm not convinced Cam's shoulder will be right.

Who knows, maybe this surgery helps fix his accuracy. It's not like he was that accurate before, LOL.Forza_Azzurri wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 9:18 pm Absolutely love his talent ... but I'm not convinced Cam's shoulder will be right.

I think Norv Turner helped Cams completion percentage quite a bit. He set a career high in that category.

Re: Real Talk - DJ Moore
Love the kid but everywhere I look he's out of my price range. Most owners want multiple firsts and in startups he's already going as a top 20 WR. I still like him and value him as a high first and as a high end WR3, but IMO his buy in is long gone and not worth the risk of putting two firsts into him

Re: Real Talk - DJ Moore
i like moore a lot but i dont like his home. same with corey davis.
dont wanna invest in someone in a bad situation even if i really like their game personally. they dont throw to themselves unfortunately.
i think Cam has had 1 career WR2 if im not mistaken and it was Kelvin benjamins rookie season with just over 1k yards and 8 or 9 TDs.
you cant tell me that for 8 consecutive seasons he was given nothing to work with at WR and that DJ moore is finally the capable WR Cams been waiting for.
we know what cam is by now and hes gonna pass for just over 3k yards, 22is TD spread it around, run it a bunch, and now CMC dominates targets, its a mess for WR imo.
so if moore gets 1/3 of cams passing production hes looking at a 1k season and 7 TD..if he managed to get 33% to himself. im not betting on that.

Re: Real Talk - DJ Moore
He wasn't given much at that position. I mean, DJ is clearly the most talented WR they've had since Steve Smith, IMO. I honestly have no idea how the targets will go, but I think DJ will definitely be a focal point of the offense, along with CMC. He was a first round pick, and I think they intend to expand his role. He had almost 200 yards, rushing last year, too.BigBawseRoss wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 9:19 am i like moore a lot but i dont like his home. same with corey davis.

I actually agree with both of these. Cam hasn't necessarily had the best supporting cast, so Moore could conceivably be the best WR he's had to throw to.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 9:29 am He wasn't given much at that position. But I think we have seen all we can expect from Cam's number 1 receiver too - 8 seasons (?! Wow, didn't realise he'd been here that long!) is pretty indicative. If was going to throw more, they'd have been a few one season wonders in Carolina. as it is, I think the 1k 7TD's is probably (unfortunately) Moore's ceiling, but barring any injury I'd expect him to get pretty close to that.

In Cam’s rookie season Steve Smith had 79/1,394/7 and Smith has another 1,000 Yard year in 2014 with Cam at QB. WR has been trash recently in Carolina. If people are low on Moore because of a recent bias towards the performance of WR’s in Carolina then Moore is a strong buy for me.

Re: Real Talk - DJ Moore
I'm struggling to think of a better RAC WR... ever. Maybe Julio on pure freakiness. I think his TDs are capped because they run in the RZ but I'm not going to say 1200 receiving and another 200 rushing aren't doable. say 80-1400-7 that's basically WR12
