I’d lean on the side of caution since this info is only available to the commish/co and not the entire league.

My gut says yes. If you have information others in your league do not, using that information is wrong. Just because it may also benefit him does not make it any less wrong. The other teams without that information available to them all suffer.

I am curious why you and your two assistant commissioners have to see each other's cuts before the end of the year. Either everyone should see everyone's or no one should be able to see anyone else's in my opinion.

Yep, pretty clear-cut here. You shouldn't benefit from info you receive because of your role as commissioner.

It was obvious from the get go. I was aware on Sunday or Monday, as soon as I saw it. Posting a bogus league in his sig, because he was constantly being asked to provide a link. Using another Texas team. This guy is a sad specimen of the human species.

Agreed. This is clearly wrong/cheating. If you have access to information others don't due to commissioner status, then you base offers/deals on that information, it's wrong. I'm surprised this is even a question and would imagine this league will fold/have a lot of turnover, if the commissioner is torn about whether or not something like this is okay. :wall:
