Voted for more expensive. Given that next year's class looks kinda so-so, I value him at 1.01 easily - 3000 Jimmy Johnsons (so roughly 2-3 1st round picks depending on league size and how early you'd expect those picks to be) is what I'd consider fair value and I don't sell potentially elite RBs at fair value.

Was there ever a buy low window? Any dynasty league with competent managers arent foolish enough to sell low on Chubb if they took him in the draft.

I'm wondering how many people still want Dalvin Cook over him.

So far, I definitely have to say early '19 1st. Possibly 1.1 early. Although Chubb is still ceiling capped by Duke's presence, I dunno that there's any RB coming out next year that I like more than Chubb. Although it's too early to be totally certain of that.

Chubb going as a late 1st in this year's rookie-draft was the buy-low window.

I don’t see his value change all that much.
Hyde sure was annoying having there, but with how Chubb looked with limited touches, his talent was/is undeniable. Just a matter of time.

You're confusing personal value with market value. This thread asks about market value.

An owner trying to sell Chubb today can get a lot more for him from a lot more owners than he could have before the Hyde trade. Bottom line.

Yup, because before today the Chubb owner in the league was probably 100% drinking the kool aid and probably one the highest on him in your league. There were probably others interested but I'm sure many were taking a wait and see approach. This morning, there are 10+ owners in your league who likely wished they bought him yesterday because any questions about when he would get more playing time, does the team believe in him and if so why is Hyde getting so much play just went out the window. You don't a much stronger vote of confidence for a RB than trading away the starter to clear a path for you. No messy transition or 3 way time splits.

A lot of people’s personal value is what makes market value. Adding my perspective chips into the pool of market value.
