Owners who bought him for early first startup value made a good investment and will be rewarded for quite a few years.

I traded Barkley away for OBJ. The team I traded him to isn’t doing very good. So I inquired about a package to get Barkley back. My initial offer was Keenan Allen + Derrius Guice + one of Callaway or Godwin. I was countered with OBJ + Mixon. Yeah nope you can keep him.

He has looked great tonight - but how do teams keep biting on these dump offs knowing the Giants cannot push it down the field?

Barkley is basically a crazy athletic receiver at this point - which bodes well for fantasy production.

You won't be able to get Barkley for any player straight up any more. Those who claimed trading OBJ for him was insane were wrong. He's legit, and he's never game scripted out with his receiving ability. At 21, there is no reason to trade him for Hopkins, OBJ, or anyone else.

So everyone says the Giants should have taken a QB, but now they Giants have Barkley and in 2019 they'll have 1.01 and can get the top QB. Pretty sure everyone who was dumping on the Giants this year for taking Barkley are going to love their rookie QB next year when the Giants can pair him with Barkley and they start focusing on their line.
