Think it was a different thread but yes when I posted "Baker, Darnold, Rosen, Lamar, Allen" I got yelled at that Allen was easily 2nd

I just dont get it. I mean even in my league he was the 2nd QB taken. Darnold 3rd and Baker 4th
I had him 6th

Might be time to put him 6th... Rudolph could be great in that offense

That’s crazy. Everywhere I saw he was going 5th.

Every play I saw of Allen on RZC looked like a blooper reel. I’m sure the game was sobering for Bills fans and Allen fantasy owners.

Better game this week out of Allen, plus they got the win . . . far from great, but a step back in the right direction against a pretty good defense

The most polarizing rookie is a hybrid of Ridley, Penny, Allen & Chubb

Seriously though definitely one of the most polarizing rookie QBs in recent memory - going to be a few years before we can have an accurate 'book' on him - not that that will stop people from writing the book beforehand. ;)

From @krich1532

"Josh Allen since truthers blew up my mentions after his “breakout” performance against the Vikings:
*26-52 (50% completion)
*233 yards
*0 TDs
*3 INTs"

Buffalo winning games is probably more of an indictment of their defense coming out strong. Allen will continue to divide opinions for some time 8-)

The good news for Bills fans could be that if the Bills can win almost as many games as last year - most people would agree that Allen has more upside than Tyrod Taylor - the argument is more over whether he can realize it - so they have a glimpse of what a good D + a franchise QB could be like.

Man...he is is a fkn rookie and more of a project than the 3 other QB's with little help catching the ball. KB, Clay and Zay don't make for an intimidating group. Shady or Allen rushing is the Bills best offense play unfortunately.
Lets recap: Darnold has had a couple not-so-good performances, Rosen has been nothing to write home about and Baker has been better than Taylor...guess what...they are all better than Taylor. That's about all you can say. They are rookies and this is the NFL. Pretty difficult for rookie QB's to rip into the league like we all want them to. They all have some things to learn but they are getting to learn them.
I will agree those 3 are ahead of Allen in passing game but I would have said that before and after the draft too. Allen will have a very long leash in BUF.

Well said. He is very very talented. He has ELITE level arm strength. He is as tough as they come. Lets give him some time. I firmly believe that this kid has a legit shot to become the most successful (in fantasy) qb from his draft class.

Also BUF must have known what they were doing because Rosen and Jackson were both available. So I am going to assume they actually preferred working with the deficiencies reading defenses and not always throwing with great technique.

However he can and does make some throws it is hard to imagine more polished QB's even trying...not sure if it is a bonus or not but the fact he will has me cheering for him to succeed
