Using WR to acquire RB

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Using WR to acquire RB

Postby TommyL31 » Wed Sep 26, 2018 10:19 am

Right now my RBs are:
Gordon, L. Miller, B. Powell, Duke Johnson, Chubb
WR:
Allen, Adams, Agholor, Funchess

I feel like I need to strengthen my RB2/Flex and the league tends to hoard RBs.

Another owner has Mixon, Michel, Thompson, Hyde, Breida and is weak at WR

Was thinking of dangling Agholor or Funchess out there. What do you think I could get? I was thinking Hyde or Breida. Leaning towards Breida since I expect Hyde to fade and give way to Chubb at some point. My big concern is while I don't think Agholor have a ton more upside than what they've shown they are young and could maintain their WR3/WR4 performance for a while. Breida should be good this year but who knows after that and Hyde should be good until Chubb takes over (late this year/early next year).

Am I overreacting? Should I just stand pat and cruise on Gordon, Allen and Adams hoping to sneak in the playoffs and have Chubb blow up?
