TY Hilton and L Miller for picks

I am the owner of Hilton and Miller, but I am rebuilding and trying to sell old pieces.

An owner wanna buy Hilton and Miller. He offered me two 1st rounds. Looks like top 6 picks.

Going to ask for something like a 2nd more. But would the two 1sts be fair value?

Not enough for me... Miller is worth a first. Hilton more than that. Even a second wouldn't get me to move them. I'd need more.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.
