His ADP is around 41. That puts him between the 3rd & 4th rookie in startups. That's 1.03 & 1.04 value. However, given that he's 29 and about to decline a tad, I'd say any 1st is a good offer. If it's an obviously late 1st, then a 1st & 2nd.

I like Baldwin, but I can't see giving up more than a late 1st for him unless it's in the middle of the season and I need some WR depth after injuries while I'm trying to compete.

Dude is gonna have a good year but is getting up there in age. He can also disappear from time to time. I'd sell for 1.04-1.07 and buy for 1.08 and beyond.
