Salary Cap Contract League question: cap years?

Do any of you know if MFL adjusts your waiver wire budget to the available salary cap room an owner has? Or does the commissioner need to be making the adjustments to waiver budgets?

Also, if there is FCFS waiver after blind bids are processed, what does MFL use for salary or do I need to set that somewhere?

To the average owner it looks like MFL does all the calculating for salary cap including how much is remaining and cap penalties. there could be some manual entry going on behind the scenes, but im not sure. Best be is to get on one of these league sites and see if you can get a commish to chat with you a bit. probably the easiest way to find out info on the behind the scene stuff.
I have purposely not commished a league because of the difficulty with different personalities. its not an easy job in my eyes, unless you get lucky with all team owners being laid back people.
