Matt LaFleur new Titans OC

I don't know much about him, but am hearing this is a great hire for the Titans and for Davis/Mariota/Henry.

Anyone have any thoughts on how this affects the fantasy value of the above names?

Exciting! Worked as the QB coach for both Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay. Safe to assume the guy knows what he's doing. Big for MAriota and Davis I think. Tough to say with Henry.

It's a terrific hire. Rams had more PPG than any other team in the Regular Season at 29.9.

Robert Woods became a top WR. Cooper Kupp had a respectable outing as a Rookie slot receiver. Jared Goff became a stud QB overnight and Todd Gurley should be the league MVP. I would say that's pretty nice to have for a team.

I guess I am hoping that this helps Henry progress to a 3 down back after seeing such great success with Gurley last year

Count me in the camp that still thinks there is a solid chance Demarcus Murray is still in the RB rotation and possibly the better fantasy back to own for the Titans next year. I know that's a bold statement. But, he played hurt all year this year. Hamstrings don't go away fully until the off season. And he's still the more versatile RB of the two. So, we shall see.

Good hire for the Titans on this I think. I often would rather see moves like this than to hire a former OC that didn't make it somewhere else.

Really hoping to see trade or release news involving Murray still.....

They have over 50 million cap space. Cutting Murray shouldn't be a priority unless they think he has nothing left.

Hard to say since he didn't call the plays in LA, but from what I've read he's a smart guy. Has to be a positive I would think (anything would be coming from that archaic system).

As a Watkins and Davis owner I'm excited to have two guys I paid a high price to acquire that will be the 4th receiving option on their respective teams despite being arguably the most talented pass catchers

I like the hire. Was hoping for an even more proven guy like Haley, but that ship has sailed so I'm happy with this hire.

If he can get Mariota back on track, everyone else in the offense, including the RB, will rise with the tide. I think he's a great candidate to get the most out of Mariota.

Although he didn't call plays in LA, the fact that you've been a part of two prolific offenses for the last two years is a net positive. Bummed that he's leaving LA but understandable since TEN will offer greater control.
