XFL 2020 Dynasty Draft

This should be fun. Obviously we won't know the young undrafted FA who sign with the XFL in 2020. However, we do have some notable characters (has-beens, felons, addicts) who could decide to make a comeback on the XFL gridiron. Without further ado...
