Perine value

Postby IR1 » Thu Jan 18, 2018 8:04 pm

Team 2 in sig. 2RB and I need some help. Was putting out feelers and try to sell high on Woods. Got an offer from the Perine owner but he want Godwin also- I’m pretty high on him, maybe too high. Feels like a bit of an overpay. Is perine going to be the early down guy in Washington next year? Or is there a chance they bring in someone else?

Woods and Godwin and it's not even close. I expect TB to draft an RB after a lackluster rookie season from Perine.

I wouldn't move Woods for such a horrid return much less give away Godwin (that's probably a fair price just for Godwin).

I'd take Woods or Godwin over Perine.

Woods is significantly better if an asset, Godwin marginally better (for now) than perine.

Woods/Godwin for me as well.

Though selfishly I'm hoping for a better sophomore season from Perine. I need somebody to produce at RB. I seem to suck at drafting them.

Would take either WR over Perine on their own

Even if Perine is the 2 down thumper, his upside is limited with Chris Thompson on the roster. Also, I would believe Wash. brings in another RB through draft/free agency.

As mentioned above, either WR is better than the Perine/4.09 side. Godwin is the best piece.

Thanks- felt like an overpay- it's 2RB league and everyone is putting crazy values on the RBs

thats an easy accept for me. your loaded at wr...if you ever get to those guys, your in trouble. you have to gamble at some point. if you like perine, i would take the plunge. you could always shop that package to other owners for guys that you do like if perine isnt your choice.

just a few months ago....you know the story. this is a sell high on both woods and godwin imo if you like the player comming back.

woods and godwin by a mile.

I wouldn't even trade one of those guys for Perine, let alone both.

Perine has little to no value (maybe he's worth a 3rd at best). Washington will draft a different two down banger, or bring in a vet like Crowell, to play alongside with Thompson.
