I would do it, I think Mariota has higher upside in addition to having proven himself already

Easy yes. One of those guys MIGHT be playing in 3 years while I believe Mariota will be a top5 QB for a long time.

yes, it pays to have QB depth in a 16 team league....don't forget about that in future rookie drafts!
