Sheldon Richardson
Richardson was just traded to Seattle in return for WR Jermaine Kearse and a conditional 2nd/3rd round pick. What does this mean for his outlook? I'm guessing him and Avril are now the starters, with Clark and Bennett rotating in?

At this point I think he is the 3rd or 4th DE rotating in, or maybe he's a DT. Very intriguing move tho.

I agree. I see this as a 3 or 4 man rotation all the way. As a Bennett owner this could be good and/or bad. They'll be more fresh, but not as many snaps. I feel there isn't 1 or 2 guys that really take a major hit, just spreading the wealth a bit. My take is that Sheldon Richardson fits as a 3-technique (DT) in a 4-3 front. I've always comp'd him to Aaron Donald, and you see Donald moving out to DE as the Rams transition to a 3-4.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.
