Awesome new startup in the making!

I'm stoked about this and I'm ready to roll. I was looking for one more IDP focused startup and this seems right up that alley. I have a team set up now for which I am the DC and Forearm Shiver is the Coach/OC. I'd love to offer up a couple of suggestions that would make this better in my opinion.

1. The auction format is not my bag baby. It's not a deal breaker, but I'd much rather have a slow standard snake draft especially with multiple minds attempting to put teams together. I have only done a couple of auctions and they have been, well, not fun. I think simplifying the draft process would ease the growing pains of a brand new league structure.

2. I would really like to see boosted and balanced scoring within the IDP side of the league. I think that separating out DT from DL and CB from DB and bumping up scoring for those two positions would make the DC's job a lot more fun and add some depth to the viable player pool. Sort of a "no position left behind" approach. I have a league set up similarly and perhaps input from some of the guys on the IDP forum could dial it in.

3. Please no best ball or potential points. I'm talking good old fashioned head to head.

Yeah I would do the IDP side for sure. Im gonna check with a couple of other league mates I play with to see if any of them want to do the offensive side. otherwise I would just pair up. im always game to meet new people.
I could also post on the help wanted section and conduct a few interviews LOL

We've changed a few things from a while back, here's a rundown of them:

- no salary cap, too much for me and I don't know how to even begin to set it up, nor do I want to learn how to.

- we will just have two co-owners per team instead of one main "owner" and then "hiring" GM and coaches. We will just have two owners split each team and be equals with each one of them having d fined roles and responsibilities like offense/defense, GM (acquisitions)/ coach (lineups and strategy) or whatever else you would like...it will be between the two co-owners to decide their roles as long as they work together.

He's already teamed up with one of his buddies.

So far we have filled 11/16 teams, some of which still need a 2nd owner though. I know one of them is looking for someone to do the Offensive side which would be perfect for somebody not wanting to do IDP stuff.
