AB, Julio or Evans!

I made a trade for an early ER replacement pick for teams we lost this year in a 16 teamer. We are allowed 3 keepers and I currently have Cooper, Nuk and Howard. If I keep a fourth keeper I lose my 1st and 2nd rounder's next year. (new rule and I don't have to worry about that until next summer)
My question is I have the 3rd pick overall and the players in the pool to choose from are AB, Julio, Lev Bell and Evans.
I know that the #1 is going to Lev as the owner has made it clear. #2 wont budge to make it known his intentions. So I will have the possibility of AB, Julio or Evans. I know all Keeper/Dynasty rankings have Evans, AB then Julio but with the three keepers I already have under 25 years old is it a good idea to roll with Julio or AB? or just trust the rankings and grab Evans? Never owned Julio in 8 seasons playing fantasy and would love to cheer for the guy. ehhhh just need a push in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

I think that's your answer right there! If this was dynasty, its easily Evans, but in keeper, any of these guys can end #1 over all and you're not married to them, so just grab the one who will be the most fun. JU-LI-O!
