1.1 Trade

Postby Counterfeitjr » Fri May 19, 2017 8:52 am

Ever since I acquired the 1.1, im getting offers left and right, this one got my attention a little. Let me start off by saying, im not and never have been the biggest fournette fan.

I trade 1.1&Eifert for 1.3,1.6,Crowell,Duke.

I realize my end a little heavy, but my thought process is to take Davis at 3, and then Mixon at 6.. I think that would really help my team in long run. And crowell very servicable.. but is the added cost of eifert just too much??

Take out Eifert and I would probably make that trade.

But getting Davis at 3rd and Mixon at 6th is dreaming big. I can almost guarantee neither will be there, unless your league mates are just a bunch of dummies.

Unless you had someone you really wanted at 1.01, I'd do that deal, even better if you can take Eifert out

Well I know 1.1 is gonna be fournette. And for some reason guy picking at 1.2 loves cook so those are locks. Davis will be at 1.3. Guess mixon at 1.6 is a gamble tho..

I'd take that deal pretty easily. Sounds like Davis will be there at 1.03, but hard to imagine Mixon falling to 1.06. I'd do the deal regardless though.

Can you take Eifert/Crowell/Duke out so it's just 1.01 for 1.03 and 1.06? Ebron's not bad and you could use Crowell but I like Eifert.

Or package 1.06 and ??? to get to 1.04 or 1.05? It's very likely that it'll be Mike Williams at 1.06 and you still need RB pretty badly if Davis goes 1.03. Give yourself to add McCaffrey or Mixon by moving up from 1.06.

I love that deal as-is. Eifert is replaceable, and some people would even give a mid 1st for Crowell.

Obviously see if you can do it without Eifert but even if you do have to keep him in the deal I would do it

I would definitely do that, either way. You could also think about taking OJ Howard at 1.06 to help replace Eifert, if no one falls out of the big 5.

I'd take this deal and go 1.3 Mixon and 1.6 Mike Williams.

I actually took a similar deal in which I received 1.3, 1.7 in a deal for the 1.1 and that was my strategy. Davis was there are 1.3, but in a half PPR, your WRs are already loaded. Take Mixon, he will be great.

If you're not into any particular player at 1.1, then getting two top-6 is a great get. I don't trust Eifert, so not a huge loss there. Crow & Duke aren't sexy, but Crow is set up for a nice season while anyone you pick at 3/6 can develop.

This is a great suggestion. I too highly doubt Mixon is there at 1.06 and the C. Davis hype is at an all time high considering there was a time not too long ago that many had Williams ahead of him! Def something to consider.

Also, is there any way you could convince 1.02 that Cook will be there at 1.06? Either make this a 3way deal or make your original move, then trade up to the 1.02? I guess it's risky because Cook/Williams seem to be the consensus 5 and 6 picks in most drafts and you'd then be relying on the guy picking at 1.05 to take Williams?

Just to add, after looking at your team, Mixon is a must at 3 for you if he's there. You need RB help moreso than WR. I'd even consider another RB at 6 if someone one fell that far but it's extremely doubtful assuming your "Cook at 1.02" read is correct? He's the only one I could see dropping that far.
