Duke, then McKinnon, then Washington. But I could see that easily changing depending on how McKinnon/Washington play over the next few weeks. Basically it's a case of investing in the cheapest guy, which would be Washington.

McKinnon's value is dropping quickly!
Duke has not popped by any means and Crowell seems to be the favorite there. Even if Duke does finally carves out a PPR role it could be limited.
Washington just hasn't been used! He has had some great runs where he really moves but the Detroit backfield is full with Ameer coming back next year, Riddick getting more and more carries...
I would go Duke, Washington then McKinnon
With AP and Asiata taking a lot of the work and goal line looks he has the least upside for me. Duke can walk into a PPR role if Cleveland can put together a balanced offense. Washington has a chance to expand his role if he can learn to pick up pass protection (which he can learn and has the physical tools to do). No one has separated themselves in that backfield so there is a chance.

I have to agree even as a Washington owner. He just hasn't shown anything. If I was offered Duke it would be no question. McKinnon I might pause on.
