Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
See how the Bears look tonight, but at the moment I am leaning towards Dallas to win on Sunday night. However, none of the choices this week carry much confidence.
Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Liking the situation in CLE for a MIA win at home. TB looks good against LA too (third week w/ no TDs).

I'll take hou against a third string qb. No matter who is the coach no matter where it is.Jason3123 wrote:ImaRounder wrote:nobody taking Houston?

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Good luck to you sir. I generally don't pick road teams in these contests. I also think it seems too obvious. I wouldn't be shocked at all if the Pats wreck Osweiler's life.ImaRounder wrote:I'll take hou against a third string qb. Not in this at all but beware of Dallas at home. They play better on the road then they do in that Giant cement structure they call home.......

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I'll take Miami. This is the best match up they have on the year.
You can't trust CAR against MIN, who looks really good with Bradford, against a tough GB D. There's also no way I'd bet on SEA until they show more. SF beat LA and SEA just lost to LA.

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I went Seattle week 1, Carolina week 2, and Miami week 3. I'll be following CLE or SF almost every week for the losses

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Miami makes me a little nervous, but I've put them in for wk 3. Dallas is still the only other team I'm giving serious consideration to this week, but they make me even more unsettled than the Phins.
Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Dallas gets a bump with the news of Hoyer at QB and the Chicago Defense being gutted by injuries.
I still like Miami over Cleveland as the top game with Kessler being historically bad in the preseason...
but Chicago with a backup QB and missing their DT and two LBers and on a short week, while traveling against that Dallas O-line should favor Dallas all day long.

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I'm not sure Hoyer is much of a downgrade to be honest. I agree the defensive injuries only make it seem more promising, but I still think Miami is the play. Cody Kessler can't win his first game with that surrounding cast. If he does, Miami needs to just clean house, that would be embarrassing beyond belief.

Hoodie is 4-0 with rookie QB's in their debut.
Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I'm going Miami as well. Save Arizona, Seattle, and Carolina for later on. No way a 3rd stringer leads the browns to victory in Miami this week. I'm foreseeing a defensive score making a difference in addition to tannehill carving up that pitiful d.
