I've never done an auction draft before and my friend roped me into doing one tomorrow night. 12 teams re-draft league $200 cap standard scoring. Start 1 QB, 2-3 RBs, 2-4 WRs, 1-2 TEs, K, D/ST. Any advice on how to go about the auction?
12 Team .25 PPR QB, 3WR, 2RB, TE, Flex, K, D
