Rawls may have a good season, but with Michael/Prosise/Collins nipping at his heels it's more likely he shares a lot more of the pie than Eddie does. And Eddie loves him some pie.

Yes, opposing viewpoints are not allowed! :evil:

Lacy is not locked in to anything. He is playing for that contract next year and should have a comeback year. However, I do see him relapsing after he gets a contract from a different team (I really don't see the Packers resigning him next year). His name and pedigree will likely keep his value afloat for a year or 2 afterwards but the numbers just won't be there. I do think that Rawls will post better numbers than him 2017 and beyond, but granted that is based on my gut.

I think the right move is to get Lacy now and trade him after this season. And then trade for Rawls next offseason.
