In general, I think Jackson > Foster. However, for your team, you have enough WR depth that you would rarely if ever start Jackson. On the other hand, Foster has RB1 upside in PPR and could win you weeks even if he re-injures himself midseason.

It would come down to what position you feel you need more. Usually I like WRs over RBs, but if you are in need of a RB3, then I would go with Foster.. If you needed a WR3 or WR4, I would go with DeSean Jackson

I agre DJax should hold more value but I doubt he does or will. My buddy has been trying to sell DJax all offseason and can't get anything more than a mid 2nd offered. I would bet Foster owners would be commanding a late 1st now, which I wouldn't pay, but once the season starts and he puts up his first 15+ point game, someone will.
