I'd rather have Hurns by a lot. Give me the guy with 115 receptions, 1700 yards and 16 tds in his first two seasons, coming off a 64/1000/10 year. Jax is a better offensive scheme for WR production and he has ARob drawing double coverage opposite him. Minn is a pedestrian passing offense at best.

I like Diggs too, but think you'll get a better return for the next couple seasons with Hurns. He's the WR I'd rather have.

Given the investment the Vikings have in Bridgewater, the likelihood of replacing him any time soon is very small. With that, I would limit any expectations on WRs in that offense until he shows a LOT more than he has to date. This is Hurns by a very big margin right now.

I'm probably alone on this but I think I'd rather have Diggs. Hurns seems safer, and his situation seems better, I just think Diggs has higher upside. I really like his route running ability, his quickness in and out of breaks.

^This. I have yet to really see what others see in Teddy, and I don't honestly think he's all that capable of becoming much more than he is right now, which means even if I did like Diggs better from a talent perspective (not completely sure I do) I'd still rather have Hurns and his situation.

I cant remember where I heard or read this, but Marqise Lee could challenge Hurns for #2 role in JAX. Not saying I believe this but if it is true, then Diggs value could be higher.

Everyone thought that last year, too. Lee has to A) stay healthy and B) DRASTICALLY out play Hurns to unseat him, imo.

I think Lee is gonna be hard pressed to win the #3 job at this point...

I have Hurns and would keep him over Diggs. He's a bigger target, in a pass oriented attack. Diggs was exciting to watch last season, but has to produce better numbers on a consistent basis

A. Hurns. Diggs is now the #2 in Minny as the #1 is Treadwell who will be fed the ball. Hurns has already flashed big time in his 1st 2 seasons. Jags offense has shown that it has the ability to feed 2 Wrs. Minny offense will not feed 2 Wrs as history has shown in Dallas with Irvin and Harper. Treadwell is the Irvin and Diggs is now the Alvin Harper running deep routes. Treadwell will be fed the ball, Diggs will get the left overs. Plus Hurns has the beter QB.

Hurns did all this while playing with a sports hernia last year. Now he is healthy after off season surgery. I think folks are looking at the fact that Hurns was an un-drafted free agent while Lee was a 2nd round pick in 2014. Rod Smith and Chris Carter were also un drafted free agents and Carter is a hall of fame player. Hurns is the better skilled Wr. At this point Hurns has way out played Lee and has delivered so Lee being a 2nd round pick is a moot point at this stage of their development. The Jags are also looking to extend Hurns, they won't be doing so if they didn't think highly of him as the starter along side Robinson.
Jaguars GM Dave Caldwell said Monday the team would explore extending Allen Hurns' contract this offseason.
An undrafted steal out of Miami (FL) in 2014, 24-year-old Hurns has one year remaining on his rookie deal, and is scheduled for restricted free agency in 2017. Despite battling a sports hernia and other various nagging injuries, Hurns went 64-1,031-10 last year, and through two seasons is averaging nearly 15 yards per catch. He's rendered Marqise Lee a forgotten man in Jacksonville. Mar 21 - 3:43 PM
