Ingram. I value him at about 1.4-1.3 or so, I guess it's close if you are not a fan, but I personally am.

My choice in this should be pretty easy to tell.....homerism aside I'd still prefer Ingram.

Ingram always seems undervalued on boards, but i can never get a deal like this for him. I'd probably give 1.2 in this class for him if i needed an RB. He was super solid last season, and i don't see any reason for that to change this year or next.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

I agree he's solid as hell and if I thought he would stay healthy he's worth the 1.2 easily.

Consider what's likely to be available at 1.5 based on ADP/rankings: M. Thomas/S. Shepard/T. Boyd/D. Henry/Caroo, do you honestly think any of those guys have a better than 50/50 chance of outproducing Ingram? Include the knowledge that Ingram is a tradtional 80's style bell cow back, and that the saints have gotten rid of Khiry Robinson, the only legit talent that can do what he can do on the roster, then add in that Ingram is the goal line back, and has been used a bit more in the passing game.

Now add in the fact that Ingram after being drafted in 2011, still has far fewer carries on his body than comparable running backs who got similar starters reps through their age 25 season (Peterson had 200+ more carries, McCoy had about 50+ more, and Peterson had two seasons with 300+ carries (one with nearly 370, another with 315+, McCoy had a top # of 268 if memory serves) and Ingram is the obvious choice. He's basically a lot like a RB entering his fourth season, in terms of age, and wear on the tires. He should be good for 2-4 more as a starter if he can shed the injury issues, maybe more if he beats the current trend of RB's being put out to pasture by the time their 28-31.

1.1 & 1.2 are the only picks more valuable than Mark Ingram in this class right now.

As the forum's resident Saints homer I think you nailed all of that.

I'm with those who would consider paying the 1.02 for Ingram.

Traded the 1.03 for him awhile ago (I happened to get that back in another trade) and would snap accept if I was giving up the 1.05.
Too many to list...
