Russell Wilson or Andrew Luck long term?

Postby AlienPoolboy » Sat Oct 05, 2013 1:28 pm

QB Superflex league. TD 4 points Rushing TD 6 points. I have Wilson and I'm considering trading for Luck.

Who do you like long term?

It's hard to say right now how much TRich will impact the run game in Indy this year and how much Harvin will impact passing in Seattle next year. Indy's O-Line is not the best, while Seattle's is young/talented/injury prone.

Thoughts?

Luck. I am not even comparing him with Wilson.

I love Russell Wilson, but I got to go with Luck. I feel he will have more pass TDs and pass yards. Likely more INT and fewer rush yards, but he's mobile himself, and I just think he's a no worry player. Wilson is too in his own right, but I feel they will always rely on the run game more, limiting him more than Luck.

I would take either though...

I think both are going to be good for a long time. Both teams seem to want to run the ball. Both, especially if Percy comes back, will have toys for awhile. I'd give a slight edge to Luck because of probably more consistent passing yardage.

Luck by a very wide margin. He has been my QB2 since a few games into 2012. It would take a decent amount on top of Wilson for me to give up Luck.
