Big Play PPR: Garcon or Shorts

Who would you rather own and why? In this instance we have Big Play PPR scoring. 5pt bonus for 100yds recieving in a game, and a TD length bonus of 1pt per 10yards up to 5pts. Shorts had alot of big plays last year, but he has a bad QB situation and has had concussions. Garcon has RG3, but has his wn injury issues and has never seemed to live up to expectations so far.

Garcon, simply because he has already shown that he can be very impressive when healthy and he also has a qb situation far superior to shorts. Shorts also had some concussion issues to close out last season which is always concerning.
