Before last year happened, I probably would have put Maclin but I just think Maclin is what we have seen so I am not expecting too much more out of him. When Garcon is healthy, I prefer his upside.

I agree we've probably seen Maclin's ceiling, but he's been consistent and he performs at a solid WR24-30 tier, which is safe enough to be a starter in most leagues.
Garcon may have shown similar capabilities, but I'm not sold, despite finishing 2012 hot. Until he can do it consistently, and increase his TDs, I'm siding with Maclin as the better bet.
Still. looking at potential, I agree that this is a good matchup for a debate, as Garcon is rising and Maclin is falling or leveling off, and they are on the same tier.
