DX vs. Colston

Postby ericanadian » Sun Dec 16, 2012 1:23 pm

Both have terrible knee history. Colston has a longer history of productivity, but is also older and slower. I'm actually leaning DX here, but as an owner of DX and former owner of Colston, I may be biased.

I own neither. I would rather own DX.

the difference between the two guys injurys are that colston injurys dont seem to effect his game. hes not a fast guy, he is a possession rec. to compare the two knees is a bad comparision. alexander always out because of injury, while colston isnt. the knee issues with colston have always had a long term fear about them but they never really effect him, as of yet. alexander on the other hand hasnt played over half a season yet.

give me colston all day, ever day. he is in the better off, with the better qb and alexander has the worst knees of any profesional athlete in the world.

This is a ridiculous debate. DX has done nothing aside from a few good games in his career. Colston is only 29 and considering his knee issues I'd say they have a very similar shelf life. Gimme Colston 100 out of 100 times, and it isn't even close.

Colston's production has tapered way off - he's been beaten by DX pretty handily down the stretch, even including DX's 0 pts last week.

I'd prefer Colston, but it's not by much - their arrows seems to be pointing in opposite directions, with DX's going straight up.

I wouldn't call the 6th highest WR scoring since week 9 a few good games. Give me Danario with way more upside.
