Pead isn't the 3rd RB on the team anymore. Healthy scratch. Ugh.
It's normally short sighted to drop a rookie after week 4, but Pead is approaching that territory. I'm holding him for now and hoping he's a long term project, but I'm not optimistic anymore.

Changes nothing for me. I think Ballard lacks talent and there's simply no making up for that. Pead is super talented, just put it all together so far at the NFL level. I still like Pead better because he's the more talented of the two

I think longterm if pead figures it out (ie pass blocking and taking what the oline gives) he will be the more talented back. I added ballard off waivers any way.
