Kendall Hunter or Jacquizz Rodgers

Who do you see having the better future? Both are behind aging / declining RBs in Gore and Turner. Which would you rather have?

I agree with hunter...i'm not convinced either will ever be a feature back but i like Hunters all round skill set more than Rodgers.

I like rodgers in ppr, the offense is getting better and they pass a lot, rodgers could fill a sproles lite type role. Hunter will need to get so goaline work and there are just so many rbs in SF

For some reason the Falcons seem to really like Rodgers. He's very shifty, he's pretty solid. But, I don't see it; I'm not buying him.

Eh.. if I had to pick, Hunter - based on what we saw last year in pre-season and regular season work.

He's an above-average talent, but SF beat writers have said that coaching staff doesn't see him as more than a change of pace back.

I don't see Rogers as ever becoming an elite talent.

Regardless, short term Hunter has the problem of Gore (and L James is better than Hunter in camp), and Rogers would likely be splitting pretty evenly with Snelling, who has proven to be no slouch.

I like and own both. I'd rather have Hunter by about two rounds of value in a startup.

Rodgers has looked a whole lot better than cement feet Turner so far in pre season and the coaching staff are saying that they can see Rodgers as a 3 down back. I love hunter also and have both every where I could land them, but at this point I'd go Rodgers.

Hunter looks so far as Gore's main handcuff. I also have read articles about them trying to figure out how to use him in different ways to use his skills. I think Hunter is above James in that offense.

James & Jacobs down today. I think that pretty much cements Hunter as the winner in this here comparison.

That's a tough one, I'd take Rodgers. They signed a bunch of RBs in San Fran. They're injured now, but when they're not, how are the touches distributed? Rodgers has a clearer path to increased playing time.

That's tough. I love Kendall Hunter's potential. But it is a crowded backfield. If it's standard scoring I take Hunter all day. If its PPR I may take Quizz.

If you decide to take Hunter, grab LaMichael James as well.
